Alas my time working at Georgetown Graduate Admissions is coming to an end… The temp job that took me through my birthday and thru the last 2 months will end for me next Friday, how sad. But it is okay, thus the beauty of temporary jobs. Today was definitely a big accomplishment as I got the entire office to wear red today, and next Thursday will be wear green day! Isnt that super duper great!!! I will post the pic later on tonite, it was definitely funny seeing people come into our office and see a sea of red shirts.
Looking forward to a big 3 day weekend. We will be going to New York once again for my Tita’s 40 days after death ceremonies. I also get to see my girl whom I have not seen since last month, and before that since Thanksgiving… ode to long distance.
I decided not to take a job that required me to count a whole lot of straws every day to leave myself available to apply to other more interesting jobs out there. So ya, that is just a quick update on yours truly.
