• Had a pleasant weekend and the resonation of SIN CITY is still on my mind.  What a great movie all around, storyline, visuals, acting, violence, politics, and artistry.  I highly suggest that everyone go see this movie to escape the reality and day2day life, this film definitely kicks you in the nuts a few times but the things the director does and how closely it matches the comic book are truly unparalleled. If you liked the Kill Bill’s and just enjoy a trip to the dark underbelly of an alternate universe this movie is right up your alley….

  
  

  

  
  

  I also attended the 4th Bayanihan held at Darnall Hall.  Very proud of how Club Filipino organized and were able to earn some good money while entertaining the audience.  It definitely felt like things are alot different then a few years back when it seemed as though we could not get very many people to come to our events and now it seems as though we are a regular powerhouse at Georgetown.  On the other hand, I definitely feel more and more apart from the organisation I help reconstruct… I feel that the club does not take advantage nor take care of their alums and that that relationship is lost oftentimes.
