• I cannot believe Georgetown and George Mason are in the Sweet 16… it is just great to have that vibe when the local sports teams are doing well.  I still attribute the best sports feeling of the last 10 years occurred last year as Santana Moss caught his second touchdown pass against the Cowboys at Dallas…  I enjoy seeing our local teams kick butt and show that our area has alot of good teams and good spirit…

  
  

  Monique and I have our engagement retreat weekend this weekend.  It is surreal.  I sort of feel like everyone there will be really religious with halos walking around and I will say something that is controversial and then suddenly I will get banished to the naughty corner (oh wait, is that a bad thing???).  Well for those of you out there that have gone through this sort of a weekend, don’t tell me too much and do lots of praying for me!!! For those who havent gone through it I will try and write some sort of a positive or negative summary when I return on Sunday.

  
  

  Registering for the wedding has been fun.  At first we were going at it pretty conservatively, trying to be too realistic and living in the now… but after shaking that off and shopping for the future for a time when we have loads of space and a big house made shopping for some of the things much easier…  Stay tuned for when all that goes more public…
