Another fruitful weekend. I got to get some drinks with a good friend of mine that had just broken up with his gf. I am glad I could be there for him and take his minds off of things. Went to Brickskellar’s and ordered San Miguel Dark Lager, thinking it was the very yummy Cerveza Negra that I experienced during my recent escapade to the PI, but alas it was not… actually it was quiet strong.
Yesterday, Monique and I had a meeting with the condominium office where our dream condo is currently being built. Here is a website of the place that we will be able to move into in March:

It will be a tight fit in the first few years, but the location is definitely going to be great for us and having the services of a hotel-type atmosphere will definitely be relaxing.
We will not be able to move in until March, so that will give us the opportunity to save money and plan accordingly. We are both soooo happy to be starting this next phase of married life!
